
Ingredients
- 1/2kg kienyeji chicken
- 2 carrots
- Handful French beans
- Handful coriander
- 1tspn chicken masala
- 1tspn paprika
- 1 tblpn soy sauce
- 1 tblpn choma sauce
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- 1tspn garam masala
- 1tspn black pepper
- 1 tspn garlic paste
Method (chicken)
- Boil your chicken till its tender
- Fry onions till nicely cooked and add the boiled chicken
- Add chicken masala paprika and salt then stir and let it to cook for 3mins
- Add dark soy sauce and Choma sauce then let it cook for 2mins
Method 2 (veggies)
- Fry onions and garlic (preferably white onions)
- Add French beans then let it cook for 3mins.
- Add carrots, coriander , Garam masala, black pepper and salt then stir and let it cook for 2mins. Don’t over cook them they should be crunchy.

Method 3 (Spaggs)
- Put your spaggs(don’t cut them into pieces they should be full) in a cookware then add cold water and salt. Let it cook as the water boils.
- When it’s almost cooked, drain the water and rinse it with cold water.
Method 4
- Use a deep pan and oil it nicely
- Add the spaggs, chicken and the veggies. Give it a nice mix. Then add dark soy sauce and mix well with a fork so that the spaggs don’t break.
- Let it cook for 2mins.
- Serve while hot 🔥 🔥 🔥
This is a simple meal that won’t drain your wallet. You can substitute chicken with beef, minced meat or pork. Or you can do away with them but use the veggies.
