Meat balls cooked in sause, steamed spinach and spaghetti 🍝

Ingredients for meatballs

Minced meat – 1/2 kg.
onions – 1 big onions
garam masala- 1tsp
cayenne /black pepperf (it’s optional) – 1tsp
cilantro (dania) – a hand full
bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
salt
eggs – 2

Ingredients for the Sauce

  • Blended tomatos
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Salt
  • Dark soy sauce
  • 11/2tspn garam masala
  • 1tspn black pepper

Method
——–preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10mins

  1. Cut the onions into small cubes and the cilantro too
  2. In a clean bowl mix bread crumbs, salt, onions, cilantro and minced meat well
  3. Make small balls…
  4. Bake for 30mins

method

  1. Fry onions the pour the blended tomatoes
  2. Add little salt and Garam masala..then stir
  3. Add meat balls and let it cook for 3mins then add soy sauce and cover your cooking pot… Let it cook till the sauce gets thick..
  4. Remove from the heat
  5. Serve while hot with spaghetti and steamed spinach πŸ”₯
