
Ingredients
- 1/2 chicken liver
- 1tblpn Choma sauce
- 1 bigOnions
- 2Tomatoes
- 1 tblpn Garlic paste
- Handful Cilantro
- 1 tspnCumin spice
- 1 tspn Garam masala
- Salt
- 3/4 honey
- Cooking oil
Method
1) steam the chicken liver for 4-5minutes( I normally steam so that Its well Cooked inside and also to get the stalk..
2) fry onions in a different pan till its nicely cooked.
3) add chicken liver, salt,garam masala,cumin and garlic. Stir nicely then let it cook for 2minutes
4)add tomatoes and cover your pan then add the stalk just little..let it cook for another 2minutes then add a little bit of cooking cream and leave it cook for 2minutes till the sauce is thick..
5)add choma sause and Honey… Stir it nicely and leave it to cook for a minute then add cilantro
6)Remove from the heat then serve while hot 🔥
