
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup mala
1cup self raising flour
2 eggs
1tsp cinnamon powder
1tsp vanilla extract/essence
1 tbs butter/ solid cooking oil(Melted)

For the syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1cup sugar
- 11/2tspn cardamom powder
Method for the syrup
- Heat the sugar and cardamom till it begins to caramelize.
- Add water then stir in the sugar .
- Let it simmer for about 15 minutes on medium heat .
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together till it gets thick.Brush your nonstick pan with oil all round the pan
- Using a dip serving spoon , pour 1 spoon of the mixture into the pan…
- Let it cook well on low medium heat…till some pores appear on the upper side of the pan then change the other side to cook till it turns brown
- Remove from the heat then plate and sprinkle the syrup nicely on top and Garnish with strawberries
