INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup milk
- ¾ tspn turmeric
- ½ tspn pepper, crushed
- ½ tspn cinnamon
- 1 tspn ginger (grated)
- 1/2tspn black pepper
- 1tspn vanilla essence
- 1 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour 2 cups of milk in a cooking pot
- add turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla essence
- whisk the ingredients together
- Bring the milk to a boil on medium heat and let it simmer for 5mins.
- Remove the milk from the heat and cool the milk slightly.
- Add honey and stir well.
- Sieve the milk then serve .
