
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1tblpn cooking oil
- 2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
Method
- Mix water with yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes till it gets foamy and rises. Add flour, cinnamon, butter and salt in a bowl then pour the yeast mixture and mix the ingredients .
- Knead the dough into a ball.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 20mins because the yeast is instant so it doesn’t have to stay for long.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for 10 to 15mins until it softens and becomes elastic… Kneading longer helps the dough to smoothen and increasea its ability to rise
- Divide the dough Into 3 equal pieces. Shape them into long loaf shapes and place them on a baking pan… grease the baking pan with butter and dust a little flour or use a parchment paper.
- Cover the loaves with a cling film and let it rise until the loaves have doubled in size.
- Coat each top of the bread with egg wash or sprinkle some water
- Use another tray and pour water in it then place it in the oven on the base.
- Place your tray that has the dough in the middle part of the oven… That is the 2nd rack of the oven (depending on your oven)

Bake for 25mins at the same temperature ____
Remove from the oven and let it to cook..after cooling, slice the bread

Serve with any drink of your choice
