
This recipe is an interesting one…..i bought beef steak π₯© only to find out that it was so tough and I couldn’t stir fry it the normal way π© I was dissapointed of course because that meant I had to cook something else… But I decided to try out my own way of making the recipe come together… I hope you love the recipe π
Recipe
Ingredients :
- 1/2kg beef steak
- 2tblpn corn flour
- 1tblpn tandoori masala
- 1tspn black pepper
- 1 tblpn soy sauce
- 1 tblpn choma sauce
- 1 tblpn garlic paste
- 1/2tsp salt
- I tbpn brown sugar
- 1 tblpn cooking oil
For Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow capsicum
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 2 onions
Procedure
>Cut beef into thick stripes
>Add corn flour in a bowl
>Add the pieces of meat in the bowl that has corn flour
>Coat the pieces of meat with the flour and then put aside

>Chop the onions into big chunks and Cut the capsicums into straight stripes

>Put your meat in a cooking pot and pour in a cup of water
>Boil for 10mis till the water dries up

>Add cooking oil and onions then live to fry for 2mins… Cook medium heat
>Add in salt, tandoori masala and black pepper then leave to cook for 2mins on midium heat
>Add the red and yellow capsicum, soy sauce and brown sugar then stir nicely… Cook for 2mins on high heat and don’t cover the pot
>Add choma sauce, stir well cook for 1min
>Serve while hot π₯
