CHICKEN MANCHURIAN πŸ˜‹

Recipe

Ingredients

1/2kg boneless chicken

For coating

1/2 cup corn flour

1/2 tspn salt

3 eggs (white)

For Vegetables

1/2 red capsicum

1/2 yellow capsicum

I big onion

For Manchurian sause

1tspn garam masal

1tspn cumin powder

1 tspn black pepper

1/4tspn white pepper

7tbpns soy sauce

1tbspn ginger paste

2tablespoons brown sugar

Sesame seeds

Cooking oil

Method

Step 1. Cut the chicken into big cubes

Step 2. Put the pieces of chicken in a clean bowl

Step 3. Add the white eggs in the chicken

Step 4. Add corn flour and salt in the the same bowl that has chicken then mix the ingredients the bowl.

Step 5. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan then pick one piece of chicken at a time as you put them inside the pan for them to deep fry for 10mins on medium heat

Step 6. Cut onion into half then each half, cut into half..

Step 7. Cut the red and yellow capsicum into big cubes

Step 8. Fry the onions for a minute then add the red and yellow capsicum and let them fry for 2mins.

Step 9. Add cumin powder, garlic paste, black pepper and garam masala then let them cook for 1min.

Step 10. Add soy sauce, sugar and 1/4 cup of water then let it to cook till it thickens.

Step 11. Add the chicken then stir and let it cook for 1min as you stir then sprinkle sesame seeds.(I didn’t use sesame seeds)

Step 12. serve while hot
